Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that Blair Turgott has to learn what it takes

Turgott scored for City at Peterborough and has been doing well in the U21's and speaking about him to Tom Bloomfield at this lunchtime's press conference, Mowbray said:It's tough to leave people out of the squad, but my job is to win matches. Like with Blair Turgott, he is a young boy but he has to learn what it takes to become a footballer.

"'ve watched the Leeds Under-21 game, he played fanatstic. I hope some of the conversations we have had in my office have sunk in.

"He's doing well, I was pleased to see his performance. It shows me that hopefully the penny is dropping and that he has to work hard every match, every session."
