Mowbray - No Armstrong Is A Blow

Last updated : 24 March 2016 By CNS Staff

Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that not having Adam Armstrong available for the games over Easter is a blow.

Mowbray told the Coventry Telegraph at this morning's press conference: “Peterborough are an attack-minded team so if you are not at your best at the back you can be in trouble.

“Armstrong is not with us and that’s a blow but it’s an opportunity for someone else.

"The three lads who are away are all on loan. You try to take the best players you can from the Premier League and it’s part of the problem for us.

“You get on with it. Had to do it a few times this season without Adam and done all right."
