Mowbray - Harries Not Ready For First Team At The Moment

Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that it is too soon to give defender Cian Harries a run in the first team.

The Wales U19 international, who is regularly scouted by a number of clubs, has been a rock for City U21's defence this season but speaking about him as a potential to replace Reda Johnson, Mowbray told the Club Website: "I think it's too early to chuck Cian Harries in, he is a young boy with phenomanal talent, but physically he needs time to grow and develop.

"I do think however he has as much technical ability as anybody in this division.

"When he bulks up and develops a man's mentality, then we will have a footballer with huge assets for this club."
