Clinton Morrison has said that he wants more appearances for the Republic Of Ireland.

The Coventry City stand in captain told the CT: "It's up the the manager and his people to come to Coventry and see how well I have been doing.

"If I keep scoring for Coventry, I'll be knocking on the door and hopefully the media will be putting my name forward. If that happens I might get back in."

Morrison has made 35 international appearances and scored nine goals but has not played for nearly three years.
