Former Coventry City forward Clinton Morrison is expected to be on the bench for Colchester United in the League One game against Coventry City.
City take on a Colchester side which is likely to be unchanged from their 2-0 win over Bury on Saturday and this means a starting place for former City loanee Freddie Sears with Morrison, who has scored once in fifteen appearances on the bench.
Joe Dunne, who has named the same players as were involved in the Bury game, will be without another former Sky Blue in Matt Heath. The defender is injured.
City boss Mark Robins is also likely to keep faith with the squad that won at Hartlepool on Saturday. He has no new injuries.
