Morrell Could Be Staying

Andy Morrell is expected to stay with Coventry City. The attacking midfielder has one year left on his contract and was told that he could find himself another club if he wanted.

However, Micky Adams, who admitted that he would be pleased if the former Wrexham player was still at the club come the time pre-season training starts, has offered Morrell another year and this may encourage the former Wrexham player to stay at a club he does not want to leave.

Morrell is expected to announce his decision before pre-season training starts at the end of the month but will face competition from Wayne Andrews and Colin Cameron if he signs as expected.
