It is understood that there have been more redundancies at Coventry City.

The thirteen steward supervisors, who had been employed around the Ricoh Arena on match days have been made redundant.

It is also understood that the club want to further reduce steward numbers by natural wastage.

Since being relegated to League One and with City suffering a loss of £5m income from being in the Championship, the club has made a number of cuts in all areas from Ryton, the Academy to a number of departments based at the Ricoh Arena and some talented and dedicated people have taken redundancy or found alternative employment.
