Coventry City boss Andy Thorn believes that Conor Thomas place in the side could be at the tip of his diamond formation.
Speaking to the CT, Thorn said: We ummed and arred about playing him there because we played him there at Middlesbrough and he got us back in the game.
"We thought we'd give him his chance because he has got a lot of athletiicism in there and he did well to free himself up and get in pockets and when they were attacking he dropped backed in and pressured the ball as well.
"So we were pleased with his contribution."
