The central defender was left out of Livingston's side which beat Ross County 4-2 this afternoon and had been expected to sign for City today but it now looks like this will happen on Monday.
Said Chris Coleman to the Sporting Life: "I think that is done. I need to talk to the chairman but I think he should be training with us on Monday morning.
"I am 99% certain he will be with us and he may not be the last one we get in, there might be someone else coming in on loan."
