According to the Coventry Telegraph, Justice Hickinbottom will deliver his judgement on the Judicial Review between Coventry City's owners SISU Capital Ltd and Coventry City Council on Monday.
The Judgement will be made at 10am on Monday in courtroom 17 of Birmingham High Court.
If SISU win, SISU will seek another hearing to claim damages against the Council and will have carte blanche to seek legal action against anyone they believe has tried to distress their business including sections of the media and supporters.
However, if the Council win, they will continue their contract with Arena Coventry Limited with the £14m loan staying in place.
