MK Dons To Profit From Mass City Turn Out?

It is no wonder that Milton Keynes Dons are doing their best to accommodate as many Coventry City supporters as possible in stadiumMK.

The Buckinghamshire based side stand to do very nicely out of the City support, travelling to the game on Saturday November 30th, which on Thursday lunch-time was around the 6,250 mark.

Not only, will they be able to pocket around £80k from sales of tickets to Coventry supporters alone, having taken away the 5% they have to give the visiting club for every ticket they sell.

But the money, they will make from food and drink, programmes, parking etc as well as the money they obtain from their own sales, should certainly help towards giving manager Karl Robinson a decent sized transfer budget when the January window opens on New Years Day.

If Robinson uses the money, gleamed from the pockets of City supporters, right and brings in a few quality players, Coventry City could certainly find themselves with some competition for the play-offs.
