Millwall Want Pressley

According to Sky Sports, Millwall FC want Steven Pressley to become their next manager.

After an initial honeymoon period, which did not go too well, Pressley used the close season to bring in his philosophy and change things round.

Despite being forced to play matches 35 miles out of Coventry at Sixfields Stadium, Pressley prepared his young team and soon wiped out a ten points deduction and steered his team to tenth in the League One table, scoring goals and playing attractive football.

Millwall are looking for a replacement manager after ditching Steve Lomas, a man, many Lions supporters felt should never have been appointed as a summer replacement for Kenny Jackett and Sky are claiming that Pressley has come to the attention of the Millwall board.

However, Pressley said a couple of weeks ago that he was going nowhere and has a job to finish at Coventry.
