According to The People, former Coventry City player and manager Micky Adams could be on his way out of Port Vale.
The paper claims that talks have stalled over a new contract and with little sign of an agreement between Adams' representatives and Coventry born Norman Smurthwaite, Halifax Town boss Neil Aspin, a former Port Vale player, is a choice to replace him.
