Otium Entertainment Group and Sky Blue Sports and Leisure plus the Arvo Master Trust have appealed to the Supreme Court over the decision to reject a second judicial review.
The trio of companies who either own Coventry City or have a debenture out on them, have had every appeal so far rejected.
Where this leaves the Sky Blues is now very unclear. Wasps have said that they will not talk to City about extending the agreement for City to play at the Ricoh Arena beyond the end of this season and the EFL have said that City must play their home matches in Coventry or possibly lose their place in the Football League.
