Former Coventry City forward/midfielder Gary McSheffrey has been released by Scunthorpe United.
McSheffrey had been loaned out to Doncaster Rovers for the latter part of the season and could well interest them after doing well during his time with the relegated club.
The Coventry kid, who still has sporting links with the City, made ninety appearances and scored fifteen goals during his time at Scunthorpe.
