Coventry kid who like a good number of City fans has grown up within sight of Highfield Road admitted that he will be sad when City leave to play at the Arena.

"I think it's always good to look forward to a new era and to a new stadium", he said: "But obviously, the last game of the season at Highfield Road will be quite sad.

"And not just for myself but for a few of the other players too, because some have been here a few years and it's grown to be like a second home for us.

"It's a great stadium to play at, especially when it's full because when there's a full house it really does boost the lads."
