McSheffrey Can Leave Birmingham

Former Coventry City striker Gary McSheffrey is one of five players who have been told they can leave Birmingham City when their contracts expire at midnight on the last day of June.

McSheffrey, joined Birmingham from City for £2.325m plus add-ons in 2006, which at the time kept the Sky Blues afloat but has not featured much under manager Alex McLeish and he ended the season which finished last week on loan at Elland Road.



With McSheffrey's contract not being renewed he can leave on a Bosman free transfer along with former Sky Blue Lee Carsley.

Also being allowed to leave St Andrews are Artur Krysiak, Frank Queudrue, Gregory Vignal and Jared Wilson.
