Coventry City defender James McPake is still wanted by Hibernian manager Pat Fenlon.
The Hibs boss spoke about the defender to Hibernian TV and said: "He was fantastic for me and for the club in the short time he was here.
"I would love to have him back - what he brought to the place is what we're looking for.
"While he was here, he was fabulous for us - both on and off the pitch. I think that's important as well.
"That's the type of player we're looking for. James fits that bill perfectly and hopefully we can now recruit a few more like him."
