McCall Expecting Coventry To Be A Stern Challenge

Last updated : 19 August 2016 By CNS Sport

Bradford City boss Stuart McCall has said that he expects Coventry City to provide a stern challenge in the game at Valley Parade tomorrow.

McCall told his club's website: "We're expecting another stern challenge from Coventry.

"Like ourselves, they have only conceded one league goal so far and Tony (Mowbray, Coventry City boss) has them playing a certain way with three at the back.

"I'm sure the fans will be buoyant after the recent results, I know the players certainly are, but it might be a case of us being patience and having to dig really deep on Saturday.

"Naturally, we will want to get at them from the very start but, equally, we expect Coventry to be very difficult to break down.

"On top of their defensive qualities, we know that Coventry have talent going forward as well. They have players with pace and trickery that we will have to be aware of.
