Former Coventry City loanee Matty Mills is discussing personal terms and undergoing a medical at Leicester City.
It is being reported that Mills' club Reading and Leicester have agreed a fee in the region of £4.5m rising to £5m.
Reading have confirmed this saying in a statement: "The Leicester-born centre-half expressed an interest in speaking with City and those discussions are now under way,"
Mills joined Reading from Doncaster for £2m in 2009 and was allowed to speak to any club that bid more than £4m for him.
