Match Information For City's Game At Walsall

Police have provided the following information for Coventry City's game at Walsall on Saturday.

Coventry City have sold 2149 away tickets for this fixture at the Bank’s Stadium, Walsall. Coventry fans will be located within two sections of the Bank’s stadium. 

 

Coventry supporters have the luxury of travelling direct by train to the doorstep of the Bank’s stadium. The Bescot train station is located opposite the stadium crossing over the main road area. 

 

Parking facilities are available at the ground for a small charge. Traffic before and after the game can become congested. 

 

Skyblues fans can access the ground where alcohol will be served from 13:30 hours. If your planning on drinking locally to the ground please see the below recommendations – 

 

# The Saddlers Club, Bescot Crescent, Walsall WS1 4TS – This is a home and away club located next to the ground, this will be open from 12:00 hours

# King George V, Wallows Lane, Walsall WS2 9BZ – This is located via a ten minute walk from the ground/Bescot train station. Upon leaving the station take a left and follow the Bescot Crescent Road around towards the main Road of Broadway A14148, take a left and walk for 5 minutes towards the King George V. This will be open from 12:00 hours. 

 

Please be mindful both public houses will get very busy and may reach capacity earlier than expected.
