Coventry City defender Arron Martin has that City need more consistency and hard work to turn things around after the 1-0 defeat at Barnsley.
Speaking to Matt Joyce, Martin said: "We had the better chances throughout the game so we're disappointed to lose.
"We've been talking about set-plays all week so conceding from one is so frustrating. The conditions tonight were very difficult to be honest, the wind in the first-half was so hard to play in but we've got to do better.
"I think we've been playing well of late but not picking up the results. We need more consistency and hard-work to get us up the table."
