Coventry City manager Chris Coleman could well give keeper Andy Marshall a final swan song against Ipswich Town tomorrow.

Coleman is releasing the former Millwall keeper after three years at the club and a final outing against one of his former clubs would give the City support which looks to be around the 1,000 mark the perfect chance to say goodbye to someone that many wish the club were keeping.

Chris Coleman said to the CT: "We owe it to Andy, if he is fit and I am not quite sure if he is yet.

"He said goodbye to the supporters last week and I know he is well thought of.

"Andy played for me last season when we were in desperate trouble, playing in pain while carrying an injury.

"He delayed an operation for us and that gave me enough time to get Kasper Schmeichel in. Maybe a lot of people don't know that but playing through pain his hard for a keeper.

"He has been an excellent servant and great number two to Keiren Westwood, so I said to him, he deserves to say goodbye to the supporters properly. He is a capable keeper and has enough experience and providing he is okay I am going to start with him."
