Marriott Gets A Month

City have given keeper Andy Marriott a month's contract whilst the wrist injury to Richard Brush heals up. Marriott who has played for Sunderland and Cardiff City, had a good game in the reserves win at Nuneaton and this impressed Peter Reid to offer him a short term deal.

Meanwhile, City will not be perusing any interest in Maximillan Lopez due to his cash strapped Argentinian side wanting £3.5m for his services.
