Fans attending Sunday's testimonial game against Everton are being urged by the club to arrive early.

Fans will be able to pay at the gate and Coventry City, who are expecting a gate of around 12,000 supporters, have asked that fans arrive in plenty of time to purchase their tickets.

Paul Sullivan, of the Marcus Hall testimonial committee, said: "We are hoping for about 10,000 to 12,000 supporters and many of those will be paying at the turnstile. But the fact that even season-ticket holders will have to buy a ticket for this match means there is a stronger chance of lots of fans arriving just before the start of the game and hoping to pay on the gate so it would be great if they could get here as early as possible. We want this to be a great day for Marcus and hope that City fans come out in full force to get behind him and the Sky Blues in their last big match before the start of the new season."

Tickets can bought in advance by calling 0844 873 1883 (option two) or from the ticket office at the Ricoh Arena and at the Coventry Transport Museum.
