Malone Ref For City V Wolves

The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's League One game against Wolves on Saturday is Brendan Malone  from Wiltshire.

Mr Malone is now in his sixth season on the National List of Referees and ran the line in the 2008 Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Cup Final between MK Dons and Grimsby at Wembley Stadium.

His one and only City game was this season when he was in charge of the 4-2 win over Peterborough United.

This season, he has 28 games and shown 69 yellows and three reds.

His assistants are Geoffrey Law and Mark Mellor and the Fourth Official is Joe Clark.
