Malaga Plays As Nuneaton Draw

Kevin Malaga played his first ever Conference Premier game tonight for Nuneaton Town.

The Frenchman (pictured above), who is on a month's loan from Coventry City, played the whole ninety minutes of Nuneaton's 1-1 draw with Mansfield Town.

At Liberty Way, Connor Taylor fired Boro ahead in the 50th minute but Mansfield levelled nine minutes later, through Nick Wright to keep Nuneaton bottom of the table.

Bedworth United were beaten 3-0 at Cambridge City in a Southern League Central Division game. 

Cambridge City, who had given MK Dons a game and a half on Friday night in an FA Cup tie, took the lead in the 57th minute through Lewis. Prada added a second in the 64th minute before Marriott hit a third in the 82nd minute.

Rugby Town won 3-2 at Slough Town. Lake-Gaskin fired Rugby ahead a minute into the second half with David Kolodynski making it in the 54th minute.

Burnell (72) and Smith (72) brought Slough level but a minute from time, Kolodynski snatched the win.

In the Midland Combination Premier Division, Nuneaton Griff won 2-1 at Racing Club Warwick.

Coventry Copsewood's home game against Pilkington was postponed.
