Coventry City manager Steven Pressley is interested in signing Jaques Maghoma from Burton Albion.
The 25 year old winger from Congo, scored 25 goals in the season just gone, helping the Brewers into the play-offs.
It is understood that there is plenty of interest in Maghoma from clubs at Championship level and City may lose out if they cannot get the transfer embargo lifted in time.
