Madley In Charge For FA Cup Tie

The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's FA Cup Fourth Round tie at Arsenal is Robert Madley from West Yorkshire.

​He began refereeing in 2002 and having progressed through the West Yorkshire League and Contributory League System, was promoted to Panel Referee in 2008. He spent a season as a Premier League Assistant Referee before being promoted to the Football League Referee List in 2010.

​Mr Madley has been in charge of four City matches. His last game was the 4-4 draw against Preston North End at Sixfields and the other games were the 3-2 JPT win over Preston, the, 1-1 home draw against MK Dons last season and the 2-2 draw at Cardiff City on March 21st 2012. 

​This season, he had had sixteen matches and shown 62 yellows and five reds.   

​His Assistants are: Michael Mullarkey & Scott Ledger. The Fourth Official is Gavin Ward
