Coventry City getting promoted would be the perfect tribute to remember Jimmy Hill says James Maddison.
Speaking to the Coventry Telegraph, Maddison said: “I’m only 19 but I’m a local lad and know that Jimmy Hill is a big legend at this football club and I thought the applause from the fans both before and during the game was a great touch and hopefully we, as current players, can help bring Jimmy some success back to the club.
“It would be a perfect scenario to get promoted this season as a fitting tribute to such an important figure in Coventry City’s history.”
