Macca: Fans Deserve Better

City, going into the game on the back of an unbeaten eight game run, were out-fought by a side who before the game were in the bottom three of the division and McAllister has apologised to the Sky Blues travelling fans for having to endure the inept performance at Millmoor.

“The people who have been travelling away these last three games have been fantastic because it has not been very pleasant weather," he told the Coventry Evening Telegraph.

“The way they stood in the rain at Norwich and got behind us was superb, and the same again travelling all the way down to London and up to Rotherham which is not a very fashionable place to come, but they still came and I do feel for them because they deserve more than that.”
