Lots Going On In The Family Zone On Saturday

Last updated : 19 November 2015 By PR
It looks like we are getting ready for a large crowd on Saturday for Coventry City's game against Gillingham and the club are urging supporters to arrive early.

Join us in the Family Zone (in the concourse under blocks 25 and 26) between 1.30pm and 2.30pm for some pre-match fun.

This week the activities in the zone are sponsored by Kirk Stephens, one of our former players, who made a very generous offer and we hope he will be able to join us.

All of the usual activities will be there – PS – FIFA 16, music, early team news, arts and crafts, glitter tattoos, subbutteo, bar football, air football.

Have you tried Keepy-Uppy Football yet?  Be top of the leader board at Christmas and win a prize.  This competition is split into 3 age groups.

You are still able to exchange your JSB voucher and collect your gift from us.  Dribblers gifts are also available this week.

The Dug Out Draw will take place at 2.10pm so make sure your name is in the “hat” to be in with a chance to watch the team warm up and get your photos and autographs.

If you have written to Sky Blue Sam, Tony Mowbray or your favourite player, don’t forget to come and see if we have your reply.  We have lots waiting to be collected.    If you haven’t, why not come and do so, they all love to hear from you

This week we will have a “Hunt The Dragon” game.  20p per entry with the winner of the cuddly dragon being announced at 2.20pm.

We are privileged to have a book signing in the zone this week, when Byony Hill will be with us to chat to fans and talk about her new book – My Gentleman Jim – A love Story.

With all of this, plus the chance to bump into Sky Blue Sam, current and former players,  the Family Zone is certainly the place to be to start your visit off with some fun.

Then 2.30pm we pack everything away to make sure the you and the volunteers can be ready to cheer on the team.   PUSB
