Loan Deals To Be Extended

Coventry City are looking to extend the loan deals of Clive Clarke and Richard Duffy until January. Micky Adams told the CT: "Both want to stay and subject to approval,we are going to extend their loans until January."

The news will be met by smiles from Clive Clarke whose father it has been revealed is a City supporter. Patrick Clarke, like many other Irish folk came looking for work in Coventry in the 1960's and stayed for five years. Whilst a regular at Highfield Road, Patrick and his wife had two children but Clive was born when the family returned to Ireland.

His father will at the game against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday.
