Lee Hughes Pleads Not Guilty

Former Coventry City player Lee Hughes has pleaded Not Guilty to charges of sexual assault.

The Notts County striker appeared at Croydon Magistrates' Court for a five minute hearing and opted to be tried at a Crown Court after denying the charge of sexually touching a woman at the Aerodrome Hotel, Purley Way, Croydon.

Hughes was granted unconditional bail and the case was adjourned until March 21st.
