Leamington Win Away

Leamington were back to league action after their FA Cup loss on Saturday at Daventry Town and back to winning ways.

The Brakes won 2-1 tonight at Chippenham Town in an Evostick Southern League game.

David Kolodynski fired Leamington ahead in the tenth minute with Owen adding a second four minutes into the second half. Griffin pulled one back for the home side with twenty minutes to go but could not stop Leamington from taking maximum points. 

In a Central Division game, Bedworth United drew 0-0 at Leighton Town.

In the Polymac Cup, Atherstone Town lost 3-1 at Coleshill  Town.

In the Birmingham Senior Cup, Stratford Town lost 1-0 to Redditch United who has signed Coventry Sphinx forward Luke Williams.

In the Midland Combination, Coventry Copsewood drew 3-3 with Pershore Town and in the Warwickshire derby, Southam United beat Racing Club Warwick 4-2.
