Another game and another loss drops Coventry City three places from 17th to 20th, one place above the drop zope on goal difference.

Scunthorpe are bottom of the table on 12 points following their 2-2 draw at Port Vale where former City striker Chris Bircahll scored for Vale.

Bristol City stay top but dropped two points in a 2-2 draw at home to Bradford. Colchester beat Chesterfield 2-1 and Crawley had a 1-0 win over Walsall.

Another former City player, Michael Petrasso bagged two goals for Notts County in their 2-3 win away to Barnsley. The win lifts County to fifth in League One. Prston also climb a place to third with a 1-0 at Gillignham.

MK Dons climb to fourth with a 2-1 win at home to Fleetwood. Former City captain Carl Baker was on the bench for the entire game.

Peterborough reamin second despite going down 1-0 to Crewe, who climb off the bottom of the table and are now on the same number of points as Coventry City, 13.

Sheffield United had a 2-0 win over Yeovil and climb into the top six. Rochdale picked up all three points in a 2-3 away win at Swindon, who drop out of the top six.

Finally Leyton Orient won 2-0 at Doncaster Rovers.
