This role would suit a budding marketer with a passion for (Coventry) football and experience of liaising with local media, business and the community. The successful person will be required to raise the profile of the club in Coventry and the greater Midlands through effective and regular stories and features to the media gaining newspaper, radio and TV coverage through a strategic season by season plan.
Gaining a three year sponsorship deal for the club is a priority to secure stability enabling the club to make a real push for the Northern Premiership, gaining stability there and making a final push for the National Premiership.
The successful person will be instrumental in developing a strategy to support this aim. Essential skills will include IT, media relations, a natural, creative and innovative flair for marketing and a willingness to volunteer time, energy and enthusiasm.
