Coventry away game at Wolverhampton Wanderers on Saturday November 20th has been moved to a 12.30pm kick-off. This is after a request by the police.

According to the Wolves official site: "The game had been moved to Sunday November 21 at the request of the West Midlands force. There will, however, be an early kick-off time of 12.30pm.   "We know that the majority of supporters prefer games to be played on Saturdays, so we asked the police to reconsider allowing us to play on this day," says club secretary Richard Skirrow. "They agreed but insisted that we kicked-off at the earlier time of 12.30pm.  "We would like to apologise to any fans who had changed their plans to accommodate the game being played on Sunday, but we believe most supporters will prefer coming to Molineux on Saturday."

This is the first most City supporters knew about a Sunday game, after Coventry had denied that a claim in a Sky TV magazine that the game would be moved to Friday for television purposes and were stating that the kick off was on Saturday at 3pm.

Meanwhile,City stewards donated £100 towards the memorial fund of an Aston Villa steward who died after an incident between the Birmingham based club and Queens Park Rangers, following a whip round at the home match with Leicester on Saturday.
