Ken McPherson RIP

According to a tweet from Jim Brown, former Coventry City player Ken McPherson has sadly passed away.

Ken was born in Hartlepool and played for Notts County and Middlesbrough before joining Coventry City in 1955.

Ken scored forty goals in ninety games before leaving for Newport County in 1958 and then Swindon Town.

He was the Coventry City Former Player Association's second oldest member and passed away aged 90.
