Coventry City forward Clive Platt has said that everyone needs to keep positive.
The Sky Blues are lie second bottom of the Championship table with only twelve points from seventeen games and Platt told Sky Blue Player: "The West Ham game is done with and we have to look forward and focus all of our intentions on getting a result against Cardiff.
"We could get down about our league position but it is the same if you were at the top of the league as you can't get carried away.
"It is the same for us as we can't get down in the dumps about it. It is how it is and it falls to us to sort it out and we can't back away from that."
