Keane Plays As Ireland Go Out

Former Coventry City forward Robbie Keane played for the Republic Of Ireland as they went out of the European Championships with a 4-0 defeat to Spain in Gdansk,Poland.

Keane, now at LA Galaxy, was cautioned in a game which saw Fernando Torres score twice in the fourth and 70th minute, one for David Silva in the 49th minute and one for Csec Fabregas in the 83rd minute.

Again Shay Given was in goal for Ireland so former Sky Blue Keiren Westwood sat on the bench..
