Julian Gray is to join Fulham later today. The winger scored against Barnsley but has not had the backing of sections of the Coventry City support and has decided to move to the Premier League Club after being left out of the side which lost at Doncaster.

Gray is having a medical and is expected to sign before the transfer deadline expires at midnight tonight. Fulham are believed to be paying around £100k as Gray has over twelve months left on his Sky Blues contract.

He made 26 starts for City with seven substitute, scoring on four occasions after being signed by Iain Dowie in June 2007
