Joe Elliott Quits His Life Presidency

Last updated : 10 July 2013 By Covsupport News Service

Joe Elliott has resigned his Life Presidency of Coventry City.

Mr Elliott was given the honour for all his unpaid work for the club which often stretched to seventy hours a week, bringing in millions of pounds over the years, but was stupidly suspended by SISU, who have proved they are more than happy to bite the hand that feeds them, who thought he and Gary Hoffman were working against the club.

Speaking at a Diamond Club Committee Meeting yesterday, Mr Elliott said that he was resigning his Life Presidency and would not be going to any matches City play at Northampton. He would, however, still go to away matches.
