Former Coventry City Chairman Joe Elliott has been talking about the project to create a new Jimmy Hill Memorial Garden, next to the existing memorial garden at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry.
The new garden will open at 1pm on April 30th and will be for Coventry City supporters to continue to remember those sadly no longer with us.
