Jodi Jones To In City's Squad Tomorrow

Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that Jodi Jones will be in the Sky Blues squad for the game at Peterborough United tomorrow night.

Mowbray told the Coventry Telegraph about Jones: "i think we’ll take him along just to be around the first team group. He showed his qualities at Bristol on Monday but, put into context, he’s still only 18 and been on the bench for Dagenham and Redbridge most of the season, so he’s still a young boy.”

Mowbray will have to make changes in his defence due to Jack Stephens being away on international duty and said: "Sam Rickets can play at centre-half, Stephen Hunt drop in at left-back. Vincelot could play at the back.

“I’m pretty relaxed about it rather than going out to get a loan player in who doesn’t know the team and way we play.

“Without giving the team away it’s important everyone plays a part.”
