Jim Brogan RIP

Former Coventry City defender Jim Brogan has sadly died today.

Born in 1944 in Glasgow, Brogan made over 200 appearances for Celtic before joining the Sky Blues in 1975/76.

The Scottish international made 28 appearances before returning to Scotland to play for Ayr United.

Brogan, had been battling dementia for some time and sadly passed away today aged 74 in a nursing home.

Former City loanee Lloyd Dyer has joined Bolton Wanderers.

The winger has joined the Championship club on a short term deal after being without a club after his contract at Burton Albion ended in June.
