Steve Jennings has praised Andy Thorn and his management team at Coventry City.
Speaking to Sky Blue Player's Nick Connoll, Jennings said: "To be honest they are all brilliant without bigging them up too much. They've all been players and they give you a bit of banter in the morning but if you are not doing your stuff on the training pitch they are quick to let you know about it.
"I think if you mix and match that then you have the ingredients for the ideal backroom staff and it's been really good."
