Simeon Jackson has turned down the chance of playing for Canada to make himself available for Coventry City.

Jackson could have gone with the Canadian National Team for their friendly against Panama but has decided that he will make himself available for selection for City's game against Notts County on November 15th at the Ricoh Arena.

“I’m staying,” said Jackson to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner.

“I thought, once again, it’s more important to be here, especially with so much competition up front I can’t be missing games, so I’m staying here again and focusing on Coventry.”
