Coventry City will not have their new signing Simeon Jackson playing in tonight's League One fixture against Barnsley at Sixfields.

Jackson is not fit enough to make the game but could play for the U21's against Swansea City on Wednesday afternoon.

City have the same players available as they did against Sheffield United with Danny Pugh likely to be out again with an ankle injury.

Barnsley have concerns over former City loanee James Bailey and Keith Treacy from their 2-0 win at Crewe, but both should make the squad which travels to Northampton.

George Smith is out as is keeper Ross Turnbull.
