The Coventry born City supporter who was involved in the first team during pre-season and now back playing after an injury, has been given the number thrity nine squad number.
Lawton is in the squad for City's first team game against Rotherham United tonight and is joins the likes of Alex Gott, James Maddison, George Thomas and Courtney Baker-Richardson who have been given squad numbers.
